When we sell new equipment on this site, we specify it using the term "new". Otherwise, the items are refurbished.

Prices, warranty and support:
All prices quoted are ex-works from our warehouses in Switzerland (Chavornay) and France (Montreuil, at CAM, our sister company). At your request, we can also offer transportation to your premises on all 5 continents. All equipment comes with a 12-month warranty on new equipment, or a 6-month warranty on refurbished ones.The warranty includes parts supply and remote technical assistance. On your request, we can make you an offer for the installation of the equipment sold, its delivery and training in its use.
