environmental
• Numerous possibilities for adjusting the height and orientation of the control panel and
tilting and swiveling monitor to allow the operator to adopt a working position
ergonomic, whether sitting or standing (180 degrees rotation from the center)
• Low operating noise level (37-41 dB) — equivalent to the ambient sound of a
library
• Easy mobility with backup battery options
• 4 ports for probes
• Integrated footrest
• Integrated storage drawer and shelves
• 4 swivel wheels with brake pedal and wheel swivel lock
• Up to 4,718,592 digital channels
• Exclusive signal-to-noise ratio adaptation feature allowing the system to achieve a
280 dB dynamic range for enhanced 2D imaging
• Powerful distributed multi-core processing architecture capable of running
225 x 109 multiplication-accumulation/second (40-bit). Includes a 512 GB hard drive
• Built-in standard Windows 10 operating system
• Philips latest generation SonoCT real-time composite imaging, produced from
information collected on 9 firing lines, and Widescreen function, allowing to acquire more
tissue information and reduce artifacts generated by incidence angles
• Latest generation Philips XRES adaptive image processing, reducing noise and artifacts
in order to improve the definition of tissue walls and interfaces
• Independent Multimode Triplex Operation
• Active native data for post-processing of frozen image data and data
Cineloop images
• Automatic High Q analysis of the Doppler spectrum in vascular imaging allows signal monitoring
Real-time Doppler, automatically selects the maximum velocity peak and, on pressure
with one touch, adds the measurements taken to your report.
• Integrated wireless DICOM connectivity with WPA2 security protocol (not included in the
basic model).
Probes
Advanced compact connector technology featuring a pinless design for reliability and
exceptional performance
• Ergonomic design and lightweight flexible cables
• New low-loss technology for better penetration with fewer artifacts

transducers
• Supports virtually all probe types up to 20 MHz: sector, linear,
convex, microconvex and mechanical volume
Automation
Particularly innovative tools to optimize efficiency
• Autoscan function (real-time iSCAN) ensuring continuous and automatic gain optimization
general and depth-dependent gain (TGC gain) to ensure image quality
optimal in 2D, 3D and 4D modes.
• Automatic High Q analysis of the Doppler spectrum in vascular imaging allows signal monitoring
Real-time Doppler, automatically selects the maximum velocity peak and, on pressure
with a single touch, adds the measurements taken to your report.
• Intelligent Tissue Specific Imaging software
• Predefined annotations tailored to applications and Quicktext automatic annotations, defined
by the user
• QuickSave user presets (up to 45 per probe)
Data
• Workstation-style data management functions integrated into the ultrasound system.
Preview as thumbnail images, save images, image sequences and
of reports
• Saving images to internal hard drive or removable disk with mode definition
acquisition: “retrospective” or “prospective”

LCD screen mounted on a fully articulated and extendable arm that allows its
orientation in all directions of space.
Battery backup power supply
• C5-1 PureWave probe
For Affiniti G and W:
Convex probe, with PureWave crystal technology and extended transmission frequency range,
between 1 and 5 MHz. The C5-1 convex probe with PureWave crystal technology allows for
high-performance imaging in abdominal, gynecological and obstetric ultrasound, as well as during
interventional applications. Now, a single probe gives you performance
exceptional clinics on all types of patients, including obese people, those with low echogenicity or
technically difficult to examine.
For Affiniti C:
Convex probe, with PureWave crystal technology and extended transmission frequency range,
between 1 and 5 MHz. The C5-1 convex probe with PureWave crystal technology offers
high-performance probes for vascular and fetal heart applications. Now, a single probe
gives you exceptional clinical performance on all types of patients, including
obese, low-echogenic or technically difficult to examine people.
• C10-4ec probe
Convex probe with extended emission frequency range between 10 and 4 MHz, projection
of the beam at the probe tip, 8 mm curvature radius and 150 degree field of view.
Suitable for endocavitary applications, particularly endovaginal (early OB and fetal heart OB
only) and endorectal (prostate). Not suitable for GYN applications.
