Description
The new Vapor series saves you time: they don't need to be recalibrated for the duration of the operation.
Larger 300 ml filling volume
The filling volume of the new Vapor 2000 and electronic D-Vapor is 300 ml. This means you can pour an entire 250 ml bottle of conventional anesthetic agent into the Vapor. Even if the Vapor still contains a residue of anaesthetic agent, you can easily pour the entire new bottle into it. Not only does this speed up workflow, but as the bottle is emptied each time, you don't have to waste time looking for a container to store residual quantities properly.
Suitable for all plug-in systems
Vapor is flexible - just like your Dräger anesthesia workstation. In addition to the Dräger DW-2000 plug-in system, you'll receive the S-2000 system, compatible with Selectatec® 1 and equipped with the Interlock systems specified for Multi-Vapor. Vapor 2000 and D-Vapor are suitable for all anaesthesia stations equipped with a 23 mm tapered ISO connection. What's more, Vapor systems improve safety for you and your patients: Dräger's AutoExclusion Komfort plug-in system prevents you from using two vaporizers simultaneously. If you use one Vapor, the second will be blocked automatically.
No risk of confusion
Filling systems are designed for the different anesthetic agents to be used. In other words, there's no risk of confusing the different products. What's more, the caps on Vapor 2000 and D-Vapor are the same color as those on the different anesthetic agents.
Safe transport thanks to the thumbwheel
Even if you place the Vapor upside down or tip it over during transport, the unique transport position of the Vapor series prevents the ingress of anesthetic agent into the dosing elements or the surrounding air. After transport, Vapor units continue to operate according to their specifications.
Extended temperature range from 10°C to 40°C
Vapor2 units are designed for temperatures ranging from 10°C to 40°C. Accurate dosing is ensured even during special procedures requiring heating or cooling: e.g. in pediatric surgery, cardiac surgery, burns or orthopedics.
No recalibration
