ALARIS GS SYRINGE PUMP

The Alaris GS syringe pump (hereinafter referred to as the "syringe pump") is a high-quality device designed for routine infusions such as those performed in intensive care. Intended use: The syringe pump is designed to meet the criteria for infusion within the operating environment indicated in these instructions for use, including general wards, intensive care and resuscitation departments, operating theatres and emergency departments. The syringe pump can be used by trained doctors and nurses. The syringe pump can be used to inject fluids and drugs intravenously. The syringe pump can be used for liquid therapy, blood transfusions and parenteral nutrition. The Asena® brand name was recently changed to Alaris®. This name change has no impact on the product's intended use or functionality. Single-use products recommended for use with this syringe pump may refer to either Asena® or Alaris®, and both brands are suitable for this syringe pump. The Alaris® GS syringe pump is compatible with many different brands and sizes of single-use luer-lock syringes. Syringe sizes range from 5 to 50 ml.
