Description
8-liter Class B autoclave with USB and double safety lock.
SAFETY:
A cycle can only be started if the door is properly closed.
Automatic system with double hydraulic safety interlock prevents the door from opening while the chamber is pre-saturated.
Safety valves prevent excess generator and chamber pressure.
A safety thermostat prevents overheating in the chamber and generator.
An automatic safety lock prevents accidental opening of the door during the sterilization process. Electrical protection automatically cuts power in the event of a short-circuit or unstable power supply.
Fault alarm, indicates an error in the cycle and the error code is displayed.
Door alarm, indicates that the door is not secured.
Low water level alarm, indicates that the tank level is too low or too full.

EN 13060 Small steam sterilizers.
EN 61326, EN 61000 Electromagnetic compatibility.
EN 61010-1, UL 61010-1 Safety requirements.
EN 61010-2-040, IEC 61010-2-040 Specific requirements for steam sterilizers used for the treatment of medical devices.
STEP-BY-STEP AUTOCLAVE OPERATION :
1- Open the door, remove instruments and accessories from the sterilization chamber, remove the packaging and clean it.
2- Connect the power cable to a suitable outlet.
3- Connect the printer (optional, ref. 922-PRINTER04).
4- Switch on: the main switch is located on the lower right front panel.
Once switched on, the LCD display will show basic autoclave operating symbols, such as door position, water level, sterilization program, date, time, etc.
5- Fill the tank with distilled water.
Remove the top cover and fill the tank with distilled water. If a signal sounds, you have exceeded the water level allowed in the tank. Proceed to empty the excess water until the alarm goes off.
6- Preparing the equipment to be used:
Place instruments of different materials on the different trays and separate them.
If the instruments are not stainless steel, use sterilizing paper between the tray and the instruments.
Instruments and sterilization paper must not come into contact.
Check that instruments are correctly positioned, so that water does not remain in the hollow parts.
Do not overload instrument trays or place them in direct contact with the walls of the sterilization chamber.
Do not use paper clips or needles to avoid damage or malfunction of the autoclave.
7- Select the sterilization program.
8- Start the sterilization cycle.
After selecting the sterilization program, place the instruments on the trays in the chamber using the plastic tongs supplied.
Once the instruments are securely inside, close the door.
Caution: make sure you close the door tightly, otherwise the sterilizer will not work.
9- Start the sterilization program.
Press the start button and the sterilizer will run for approximately 30-75 minutes.
10-End the sterilization cycle.
Once the sterilization cycle has been completed, the printer will automatically print out the complete cycle report.
Once the pressure has dropped to 0, you can open the door and remove the instruments. The sterilizer will alert you with an audible signal once the sterilization cycle is complete.
INSTALLATION :
You must leave a minimum of 10 cm all around the autoclave, 25 cm above it, and the space required to open the door.
The autoclave must be placed in an area with adequate ventilation.
The autoclave should be placed on a heavy-duty table at an appropriate height for its use.
Do not block the side outlets or the air outlet grille of the condenser fan.
Take care not to place the autoclave near water or moisture, or sources of heat.
